What is Mastermind

Mastermind, in business, is defined as the creation of a group of executives with a similar path, with the aim of finding solutions to their key professional challenges, developing their skills and supporting each other, through the systematic exchange of opinions, knowledge and experiences.


Effective Mastermind groups are small and usually consist of 5 to 6 participants. Within the group, participants are asked to contribute constructively, expressing their opinions honestly and receiving the honest opinion of others in return. Group meetings are led by the moderator, who ensures the harmonious and efficient course of the sessions for all members.

Mastermind Basic Steps

Ultimate Question

Through the creation of the Mastermind group, focused on a specific business area or topic, each participant first creates a goal (asks a question to the group and seeks its optimal answer).

Brainstorming

Following the presentation of the Ultimate Question, the team works intensively to find a suitable solution. Through the deposition of the experiences of the group members and the development of their ideas, alternative practices for dealing with the problem are presented. The directly interested member chooses the solution that best serves his needs. After choosing the appropriate solution, he formulates the action plan to achieve the goal and commits to its implementation.

As each member implements the individual stages of his action plan, he informs the team at each meeting about the success stories from the implementation so far and the problems that have arisen.
